Everyone will need to make sure you can log into your Skyward account, have one recent proof of residency (mortgage statement, current tax bill, utility bill) to upload, gather any health or medical information, and prepare to pay fees online.
Kindergarten, second, sixth, ninth grade, and twelfth grade levels must comply with State medical and dental requirements. These forms can be printed, completed, and uploaded during the registration process.
