🎉 What an incredible way to wrap up the school year! 🎉
Today we celebrated our students with Student Spotlights and Soaring Eagle Awards, recognizing the hard work, growth, and spirit that make our school community so special. We also capped off the year with our 2nd Annual Staff Inflatables Race—a fun tradition that’s quickly become a favorite for students and staff alike! 🦅
As we head into summer, we want to wish all of our CMS families a safe, restful, and joyful break. 🌞

Our final full week of school was packed with fun, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. From our good behavior field trip to the zoo, to the special 8th grade celebration trip, a talent show full of incredible student performances, and the DARE winners enjoying their well-earned field trip—it was a week to remember!

One of our favorite district traditions continues to bring joy to students of all ages! Each year, our 8th graders take on the special project of interviewing, writing, and illustrating a personalized children’s book—just for a third-grade buddy at Parkview Elementary. 📚💛
This heartwarming experience not only allows our middle schoolers to explore creativity and storytelling, but also builds meaningful connections across the district. The smiles, laughter, and shared excitement during the book exchange say it all!
